What do you eat before you go riding?    We thought Dan’s was interesting. Today we are announcing an Instagram Contest Titled #SKSJP板飯コンテスト(board and food contest).  Please read on to find out how you can qualify to win Loaded Version 7.0 Freeride Slide Gloves.

七味の愛情みそ汁 – Shichimi Hearty Miso Soup

ステップ１−普通かフライドライス、どちらも美味しくて、みそ汁と合います。

Step 1 – Regular or Fried Rice,  both are delicious and pair with Miso Soup.

 

私は高品質の七味をとてもオススメします。

I also highly recommend quality shichimi spice before Step 2.

ステップ２－愛情のみそ汁を暖めてください。美味しく熱くなります。

Step 2-Warm up your hearty miso soup so it’s nice and hot.

みそ汁の準備には、最低でも３種類の野菜を入れる事をオススメします。

I recommend preparing miso soup with a minimum of 3 vegetables inside.

単純に好きな野菜を選んでください。

Simply select your favorites veggies.

私はベジタリアンじゃないけど野菜は好きです。がんばろうと思います。

I am not a vegetarian but I love veggies.  I guess I try my best.

普段、私はスケボーをしに行く前にこれをラーメンどんぶりで2杯食べます。

Usually I eat two ramen size bowls of this dish before I go riding.

たいていこれで夕方くらいまで食べ物はいりません。

Most of the time I don’t need food until late afternoon.

何人かの友達はこれに対しておかしな組み合わせだといいます。

Some of my friends have commented that it’s strange mix.

七味はこれらすべてを価値あるものにしてくれます。

The shichimi makes it all worth it.

日本では何度もおいしい食べ物を組み合わせてきました。

Many times in Japan I have combined delicious foods.

これは日本で「ねこまんま」（ねこの食べ物）と呼ばれています

This is called Nekomanma(food for cat) in Japan .

これがその一つの例です。
